eCommerce & Sales Manager (Full-time)

The eCommerce & Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and meeting the companies sales goals, though a multi pronged approach. Working directly with the executive team, they will grow sales though eCommerce, wholesale and the trunk show program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and manage Sales Calendar.
  • Create seasonal sales goals and buys using sales data and gauging growth.
  • Manage the e-commerce sales and digital marketing strategy utilizing google analytics and optimizing SEO.
  • Track and report on sales performance and returns vs. goal, on a weekly basis. Develop KPI’s and
    benchmarks to measure return on investment.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to implement long term sales strategies and pivot during sea-
    son to hit sales targets by product.
  • Grow wholesale program and manage wholesale orders from initial outreach through trade shows to
    ordering.
  • Ensure close relationships with wholesalers and seek feedback throughout the season, while also
    building new wholesale accounts according to our sales goals.
  • Launch, manage and scale trunk show & “trunk from home” programs from beginning to end, including creating calendar, securing hosts, organizing event, payment, and reporting on performance.
  • Manage sales assistant.

Requirements

  • Extremely organized and self driven

  • Experience (and interest) in retail business
  • Preferably 7-10 Years of relevant industry experience

eCommerce & Sales Associate (Full-time)

The eCommerce & Sales Associate will be responsible for helping to keep the sales team organized. They will work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to keep the eCommerce website up to date, assist with wholesale relationships, trunk shows and inventory.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Upload and manage product assortment of eCommerce website.
  • Maintain website content and products based on sales and marketing calendar, from homepage to
    product collections.
  • Identify and manage resolution of any website issues that impede eCommerce sales.
  • Update blog according to marketing calendar.
  • Manage inventory, from hand off from production, to the fulfillment center.
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits.
  • Manage product requests for gifting, photo shoots and special projects; pack and send out online
    orders from HQ when needed.
  • Handle and respond to all incoming emails from DTC customers & wholesale accounts.
  • Daily review of distribution center order status to insure that all orders are being shipped within
    48hrs.
  • Manage returns and refunding of customers.
  • Manage wholesale orders from ordering to receiving and payment.
  • Manage sample requests for trunks shows, editorial shoots and wholesale events.
  • Assist with trunk from home logistics, from shipping trunks, to fulfilling orders.
  • Assist with requests for Influencer gifting program.
  • Special projects as needed.
