Oso & Me is an online children's clothing company based in San Francisco, CA. We aren't fast fashion, in fact we are quite the opposite...some of our designs have taken 3 years to perfect. We work extremely closely with our factories and design clothes that are as aesthetically beautiful as they are functional. We are a fast paced, growing company that is on track to triple our sales once again in 2023. We are a small team that works hard and has fun. Digital Engagement and Community Manager:
We are looking for a Digital Engagement and Community Manager who will play a valuable role in thoughtfully building and expanding our brand. With our Director of Marketing, you will set social strategy and consistently manage our company image across all channels. You love creating content, driving engagement, and managing community. In this role, you will be working to grow multiple social media channels. You have an approachable and slightly offbeat sense of humor that comes through in your visual and written content. You know how to tell a brand story that reels people in fast.
You are a team player who is self-motivated, knows how to think strategically, and can execute quickly.
Responsibilities:
Lead content creation and execution across all digital engagement platforms including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok to promote the brand, inspire our community, grow our audience, and drive sales
Work with our Director of Marketing and Sales Team to amplify campaigns across all sales channels through compelling digital content
Create and manage social media calendar
Gain a comprehensive knowledge of current UGC for best content to post
Catalog incoming UGC content and repost according to brand’s best practices
Create strategy for social media channels and execute feed accordingly to engage audience in culturally relevant content as well as product focused content
Analyze metrics for best posting time and content
Engage with our social community, e.g., answering questions, responding to comments, fielding requests, and fostering relationships with our partners
Build and execute new social media campaigns, initiatives and giveaways to improvefollower and engagement rates
Regularly catalog content collections, product, inspiration and content across all platforms
Act as a digital storyteller with a deep understanding of the Oso & Me brand
Attend and participate in brand events
Requirements:
*If not based in San Francisco, must be willing to travel one week a month to the Oso & Me office. Competitive salary and benefits.
