eCommerce & Sales Associate (Full-time)

The eCommerce & Sales Associate will be responsible for helping to keep the sales team organized. They will work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to keep the eCommerce website up to date, assist with wholesale relationships, trunk shows and inventory.

   

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Upload and manage product assortment of eCommerce website.
  • Maintain website content and products based on sales and marketing calendar, from homepage to
    product collections.
  • Identify and manage resolution of any website issues that impede eCommerce sales.
  • Update blog according to marketing calendar.
  • Manage inventory, from hand off from production, to the fulfillment center.
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits.
  • Manage product requests for gifting, photo shoots and special projects; pack and send out online
    orders from HQ when needed.
  • Handle and respond to all incoming emails from DTC customers & wholesale accounts.
  • Daily review of distribution center order status to insure that all orders are being shipped within
    48hrs.
  • Manage returns and refunding of customers.
  • Manage wholesale orders from ordering to receiving and payment.
  • Manage sample requests for trunks shows, editorial shoots and wholesale events.
  • Assist with trunk from home logistics, from shipping trunks, to fulfilling orders.
  • Assist with requests for Influencer gifting program.
  • Special projects as needed.

Requirements

Production Associate (Full-Time)

The Production Associate will be assisting the production team in overseeing the end-to-end production process which includes product development, sourcing, manufacturing and inventory management. This position will be responsible for organizing and tracking raw material and finished product inventory. They will work closely with the Production team to assist in the organization and management of materials from sampling and development through to production and receipt of inventory at the Distribution Center.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Keep to seasonal calendar from development to salesmen samples to bulk orders, ensuring all functions adhere to deadlines.
  • Work with the Sales and Design teams to manage requests from a materials and factory capacity standpoint.
  • Create and manage cut tickets, BOMs, and organize tech packs for hand off to factories.
  • Manage materials on hand, from ordering to tracking quantity over time.
  • Manage fabric and trim inventory across multiple production locations.
  • Maintain status charts in Google sheets to track.
  • Assist Production Manager with daily communication with factory partners.
  • Work w/Tech Design to manage QC process prior to ex-factory. Follow up with factory partners on issues as needed.
  • Manage product inventory, from hand off from production, to the fulfillment center.
  • Manage movement of physical materials locally.
  • Coordinate, ship and track fabric and trims to our international supplier network.
  • Manage physical material library, keeping it up to date with new developments, bulk cuttings and archived discontinued items.
  • Organize sourcing library for manufacturing from development to production approvals.
  • Special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Extremely organized and self driven.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google sheets.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
  • A team player.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in product development and manufacturing.
