Oso & Me is an online children's clothing company based in San Francisco, CA. We aren't fast fashion, in fact we are quite the opposite...some of our designs have taken 3 years to perfect. We work extremely closely with our factories and design clothes that are as aesthetically beautiful as they are functional. We are a fast paced, growing company that is on track to triple our sales once again in 2023. We are a small team that works hard and has fun. Social Media Manager:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to assist our marketing team, as well as creating content, driving engagement and managing our community. In this role, you will be working to grow multiple social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. In addition, you will make sure our messaging through all channels is visually appealing and cohesive with all other brand messaging.

You are a team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and wants to be involved in every aspect of the company. You are personable, self-motivated, think strategically and willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever the day brings.

  • Social Media Responsibilities:
    • Manage Social Channels: Work with Content Director and Team to determine content across all of our social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest)
    • Managing Posting: determine and analyze best timing for posting as well as execution
    • Create Content: manage in house content by producing behind the scenes static and video content
    • Manage Community: from answering questions to responding to comments and fielding requests
    • Assist with strategizing: Build new social media campaigns and initiatives
    • Regularly catalog content collections, product, inspiration and content across all platforms
  • Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
    • Assist with deployment and management of Brand Ambassador and Gifting Programs
    • Coordinate shipping of product and brand outreach
    • Track gifting relationships and related deliverables; coordinate necessary follow up
  • Sales Responsibilities:
    • Assist with miscellaneous tasks related to product launches, trunk shows & sales and marketing campaigns
    • Attend and help organize trunk shows and assist with sales
    • Help with in person shopping at our office showroom as needed
  • Special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Excel/Google sheets •  Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities • Preferably 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in a Social Media capacity • Travel for Trunk Shows as needed

Sales & E-Commerce Associate:

We are looking for a Sales & E-Commerce Associate to assist in building our sales and managing our website. In this role, you will be working to grow multiple sales channels including Wholesale and Partnerships, Direct to Consumer, Events and Trunk Shows. In addition, you will make sure our website is visually appealing and easy to navigate.

You are a team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and wants to be involved in every aspect of the company. You are personable, self-motivated, think strategically and willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever the day brings.

  • Wholesale responsibilities:
    • Wholesale Account Maintenance: work market appointments, order entry, suggesting re-orders, inventory planning, marketing requests, product knowledge, merchandising support as needed
    • New Growth: build new partnerships via trade shows, zoom calls and showroom distributors
    • Support at Trade Shows: work closely with Director to oversee trade show planning
    • Manage Selling Collateral: sample sets, catalog creation and line-sheets for each season
    • Quarterly Hindsight Reporting: detailing account performance, style selling, and opportunities
    • End-to-end Support for Wholesale Account: from closing to order to delivery of goods
  • E-Commerce and DTC Responsibilities:
    • Website Product Management: merchandising, creating collections, and product uploads, inspecting landing pages, product information, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, and accuracy
    • Reviews: Inspecting and uploading customers' product reviews
    • SEO: Assisting our SEO Specialist to increase the online presence of our website
    • Brand Ambassadors: assist our Marketing team with sales pertaining to gifting and influencers
    • Retail Store: manage in person shopping appointments at our office showroom while managing showroom appearance and inventory
    • Personal Shopping: Launch our personal shopping program via our E-Comm platform
  • Trunk Show Responsibilities:
    • Samples and Support: manage all samples and trunk shipments as well as occasional sales support at shows
    • Calendar: organize and confirm details of each trunk show, such as hosts, location, timing etc
    • Post Show Reporting: analysis after each trunk show and assist order confirmations
  • Special projects as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Excel/Google sheets •  Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities •Preferably 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in Retail sales and Shopify Stores • Travel for Trunk Shows as needed

Product Operations Coordinator:

The Product Operations Coordinator will own the process of product from the factory to the Distribution Center. They will work closely with the Production team to meet deadlines and assure that quality standards are met during the sampling and bulk process. They will organize and track shipments, from materials to inventory, and manage the physical library.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Track calendar and communicate closely with factory to manage schedule, coordinating development/production and vendors to meet deadlines. 
  • Communicate directly with factory partners daily as needed to ensure timelines, quality & understanding of product.
  • Use PLM to track material quantities and status of inventory by location.
  • Streamline shipping by building relationships with designated freight forwarders, by optimizing and standardizing shipping processes.
  • Own inventory receiving process: track, receive, & organize POs with Distribution Center. Manage product inventory, from hand off from factory, to the fulfillment center.
  • Assist with product review when needed.
  • Manage physical material and sourcing library, keeping it up to date with new developments, bulk cuttings and archived discontinued items. Organize for manufacturing from development to production approvals.
  • Manage sample library, collecting, scheduling and hand off of seasonal needs such as production reviews, salesmen needs, and photo samples. 
  • Special projects as needed.
