RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help!


WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are free. We charge a $9 restocking (handling) fee per return request.

Please note:

  • Monogrammed and sale items are final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns & Exchanges: All sale items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be offered.
  • Discount Codes: Discount codes are not valid on orders that include sale items. 
  • Order Combining: We are unable to combine orders during this time.
  • Price Adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases or on items purchased outside of the sale period. Pricing is subject to change during the event, and we are unable to retroactively apply updated discounts.
  • Pricing Differences: Archive Sale styles may differ from full-price listings due to seasonal variation or production batch.

 


HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Our self-serve Returns Portal makes it easy:

  1. Start Your Return
    Visit Returns Portal and enter your order number and ZIP code.

  2. Choose Your Option
    Select from an exchange, refund to original payment, or store credit.

  3. Download Your Return Label
    A pre-paid return label will be available to download and print. You’ll also receive a confirmation email.

  4. Pack & Ship
    Securely package your item(s) and affix the label, then drop off at your nearest carrier location.

Please note: Returns may take 7–14 business days to process once delivered to our fulfillment center. After your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. If experience delays in refund, please reach out!


REWARDS & PROMOTIONS

If your order included a promotional reward or discount, returns may affect your final refund amount. Only one discount can be applied per order. Reward codes are single-use and cannot be reused once redeemed.


If a reward was applied to an item that is later returned, that reward is considered used and will not be reissued.
