Shipping and Returns

At Oso & Me we believe in simplicity and practicality!  That is why we ship our items in reusable envelopes and conveniently include a return label. If you have an item you would like to return just write a little note on why you are returning, put the item back into the envelope, slap on the return label and drop it at your local post office. For all U.S. orders over $150 we happily cover your shipping costs.


When will my order be shipped?  

We try and get our orders out within 48 hours. Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 10:00 am PST will be shipped within 24 hours although we aim to ship these orders the same day. Expedited orders placed before 10:00 am PST will ship the same day. Orders placed on a Friday after 10:00 am PST or over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Do you ship outside the United States?  

We ship to Canada, Mexico, and the majority of Europe. 

When do I qualify for free shipping?  

For the United States, Mexico and Canada: Purchases over $150 ship standard (2-5 days) for free. For Europe: Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer free shipping to Europe. Our shipping rates are $30 for orders under $250 and $15 for orders above that amount. 

When will it arrive?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select. Standard Shipping: 3-5 days, Expedited Shipping: 2 days

How do I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

What are your return and exchange policies?

We accept the return of unwashed, unused items within 30 days of receipt. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

We conveniently sent your items in a resealable envelope and included prepaid return label. Please write a little note on why you are returning on the back of your receipt, repack the items you wish to return in our envelope and drop the items off at your local post office.
