It’s such a cute hat but it does fit similar to the noe baby hat in the 12-24 month size (marginally larger but not by much - the picture included is my 23 month old wearing it, who does have a large head lol). The material is a sturdy / heavy canvas type cotton with the lovely signature print.

One review mentioned it runs small; I do think that's true but I just love this hat. I wish there were more options for toddlers and above hat wise! Perhaps in sizes such as 2-4YR, 5-7YR, etc.

Fits super small, emailed customer service to see about returning from Canada and no one even responded to me! Won’t be shopping for my boys here again.
